The Green Bay Packers will sign offensive lineman Mekhi Becton, who worked out with the team on Monday. Becton, a first-round pick by the Jets in 2020, brings experience at both tackle and guard positions to the Packers' offensive line.
Becton most recently played for the Chargers, starting 14 games in one season before being released in March. He was also part of the Eagles' Super Bowl-winning team as their right guard. The Packers signed guard Laken Tomlinson after their recent loss to the Falcons and appear to be continuing to bolster their offensive line options. newssport.cv
