Justin Fields, who was traded from the Jets to the Chiefs, has emerged as a potential option for the Giants, who are expected to make a move as soon as Monday.

The Giants are exploring options at quarterback with Jaxson Dart missing the rest of the regular season due to knee surgery. Fields, who was mentioned multiple times by reporters recently, could serve as a backup to Jameis Winston or potentially supplant him. The Giants are expected to make a move as soon as Monday, with Winston's performance against the Titans on Sunday likely influencing their decision. sportbet.reviews

Fields's contract includes $10 million guaranteed for 2026, with the Jets paying $7 million and the Chiefs paying $3 million. With Patrick Mahomes looking healthy, the Chiefs could recoup their 2027 sixth-round pick and unload the remainder of Fields's 2026 salary by moving him to the Giants.
