890+ Arrests After PSG Champions League Victory

French Interior Minister Laurent Nuñez announced on Monday that more than 890 people were arrested during the PSG's Champions League victory celebrations on Saturday and Sunday. This represents a 45% increase compared to 2025 when 592 arrests were made.

The minister noted that 178 police officers and gendarmes were injured during the celebrations, which he described as involving "systematic attacks, projectile throwing, and mortar fire."
