Dodgers Pick Skubal For NLDS Game 1 Start

Skubal, acquired midseason from Detroit, will make his postseason debut after initially struggling with his new team but regaining his elite form. The lefty finished the regular season 3-2 with a 2.52 ERA in eight starts for the Dodgers.

The Dodgers (93-60) are in their 14th consecutive postseason, tying the Braves' record from 1991-2005. Skubal's expected start may allow Yoshinobu Yamamoto or Blake Snell to take the mound for Game 2, while the Braves' Game 1 starter remains uncertain, potentially Chris Sale. blablasex.es
