Kasper Fosser (27) won gold in the orientering World Championship sprint on Tuesday, securing his fifth individual world title despite some mistakes during the race.

Kasper Fosser dominated the sprint orientering event at the World Championship on Tuesday, claiming his fifth individual gold medal despite making some errors during the race. The Norwegian finished 13 seconds ahead of French competitor Guilhem Verove, with Finland's Tuomas Heikkila taking bronze.

Fosser, who also won gold in qualification earlier Tuesday, has an impressive track record with previous golds in long distance (2021, 2023, 2025), sprint (2022), and relay competitions.
