Cavan Sullivan, 17, became the second-youngest starter in U.S. men's national team history in his debut against Peru.

The 17-year-old prodigy played 62 minutes in Saturday's 4-1 friendly win in Orlando, becoming just the fourth 16-year-old to represent the USA and the first in over two decades.
