Man jailed 21 years for partner's murder

A man has been sentenced to 21 years in prison for bludgeoning his partner to death with a towel rail and shower head.

The attack occurred in the bathroom of the victim's home. The man used both a towel rail and shower head as weapons during the assault.

He received a minimum 21-year jail term for the killing.
