Premier League: Guardiola on O'Reilly injury, Haaland impact

Pep Guardiola has confirmed Nico O'Reilly is out of Manchester City's squad with a training knock ahead of their Premier League clash with Nottingham Forest.

Guardiola stated that O'Reilly "feeling uncomfortable" in training led to his exclusion from the squad. The City manager emphasized focusing on their own performance: "We can only focus on ourselves for the rest of the games … I don't know what is going to happen. Today is how we behave against Forest."

Guardiola also praised Erling Haaland's impact since joining the club, noting: "Haaland has made an incredible impact since he arrived years ago. In the first quarter of this season he was outstanding. We need everyone. Everyone has to be ready."
